Concert promoters in Germany are taking legal action against 50 Cent's booking agents amid allegations they were charged $125,000 (£83,330) for a show that never materialised.
Bosses at Major Movez claim they handed over the negotiation fee to agency executives at William Morris Endeavor as they tried to organise a summer (09) gig in Graz, Austria for the rapper.
But a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week (begs27Jul09) states when the deal fell through, the agents failed to refund the cash to Major Movez as agreed, according to TMZ.com.
The owners of the German company are seeking compensation for breach of contract.
