Abbey Clancy, the British model and television personality, dazzled in a Giles Deacon wedding dress as she married football player Peter Crouch on Thursday (30th June 2011). Abbey Clancy and the Tottenham Hotspurs star tied the knot in front of 120 family and friends, reports Bbc News.
The couple married at St Mary Magdalene church on the grounds of Stapleford Park, near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire. The celebrity pair became engaged in 2009 after first meeting while Crouch played for Liverpool. Clancy gave birth to the couple's first child, daughter Sophia Ruby, three months ago. Following the intimate wedding, guests made their way to the exclusive reception at the 'Orangery', within the estate's grounds. The 25-year-old model wore a Giles Deacon strapless floor-length dress for the wedding, a designer she's modelled for in the past. 30-year-old Crouch donned a traditional black three-piece suit with white tie. Four years ago, the happy couple were guests at Stapleford Park for the wedding of Manchester United star Michael Carrick and his bride Lisa.
Abbey Clancy recently co-hosted the UK reality television show 'Great British Hairdresser'. She was also a regular guest on James Cordon's 'World Cup Live' in 2010.
