Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston have narrowly edged out Justin Bieber in the battle for the box office crown - their new movie JUST GO WITH IT has topped the U.S. film chart with $31 million (£20.67 million), according to early estimates.
The romantic comedy faced tough competition from the teenage superstar's concert movie Never Say Never, but Just Go With It appears to have beaten Bieber to number one - the music documentary sits at two with $30.3 million (£20.2 million).
Disney's animated Gnomeo & Juliet was another new entry at three, grossing $25.5 million (£17 million), while historical adventure The Eagle and college thriller The Roommate round out the top five.
