Alan Rickman has joined Oscar winner Colin Firth and Cameron Diaz in a remake of Michael Caine's cult 1966 movie Gambit.
The Coen Brothers have penned the script for Michael Hoffman to direct.
Firth will take on Caine's role as a thief in the film and Rickman will play his victim - a role originally portrayed by Herbert Lom. Sir Tom Courtenay has also joined the cast.
