Tulisa listens to The Prodigy's 'Smack My Bitch Up' to get fired up.

The 'Young' singer says the controversial dance track is her number one choice of music for getting her pulses racing and one of her all time favourite songs.

She told music streaming service Spotify: ''My motivational song is Prodigy's 'Smack My Bitch Up'. That's what gets me going.

''It's my favourite song of all time. That and All Saints 'Pure Shores'. Two random ones and yet funnily enough, two of them [The Prodigy's Liam Howlett and All Saints Natalie Appleton] ended up married.''

The 24-year-old singer - who has just released her debut solo album 'The Female Boss' - also said she has been getting into listening to Lily Allen's second album, 'It's Not Me, It's You' from 2009, in particular lead single 'The Fear'.

She added: ''The albums I buy are more likely to be old school ones that I haven't heard for years. This is a bit random, but Lily Allen's 'The Fear' was like that. I saw the video on TV and I thought, 'I remember this song, I can relate to this right now.' ''
