Amanda Bynes has returned to Twitter.

The troubled actress took to the social networking site on Monday night (16.03.15) for the first time since January 14 to share a photograph of a drawing she had done of herself.

Alongside the snap of her pencil artwork, she wrote: ''Hey my loves! Here's a drawing I did! ily (sic).''

The 28-year-old actress' recent online activity leads fans to believe she may be on the road to full health again following her second stint in rehab last October after she repeatedly lashed out at her parents Rick and Lynn in a number of attacks online last year.

Amanda's nasty rants aimed at her parents came after she was placed under her mother's care via a temporary conservatorship for the second time in October, but an insider recently claimed that she's now repaired her relationship with her mum and dad.

A source said two weeks ago: ''Amanda is doing much better from where she was months ago. She has her own apartment and is much happier. She and her parents are getting along and Amanda is clear-headed, more focused and has more independence.''

Lynn was first granted legal control over her daughter's welfare and finances in August 2013 after she set fire to a driveway, and a judge ruled last month that the conservatorship will remain in place until the next hearing on June 23.

Amanda, who was released from a psychiatric facility in October after less than a month of treatment, was first arrested for Driving Under the Influence [DUI] in 2012, but avoided jail time by completing inpatient treatment and was placed on three years' probation in early 2014.

She was also arrested for a DUI in the early hours of September 28, 2014 but the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office recently opted not to press charges ''after much deliberation and review.''
