Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are to design a line of children's clothing for charity.

The couple - who raise six children together, Maddox, nine, Pax, six, Zahara, five, Shiloh, four, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - are to base the collection on the designs of some of their kid's favourite pieces.

Brad has reportedly spent the past week attending meetings in Italy to complete the line, which will see all proceeds being donated to the couple's charity The Jolie-Pitt Foundation.

The clothing collection will follow some of the trends set by the couple's eldest four children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.

Angelina recently admitted her tomboy daughter Shiloh is so strong-willed she wouldn't be able to stop her from dressing like a boy, even if she wanted to.

She explained: "I have a very strong-willed four-year-old girl who tells me what she wants to wear and I let her be who she is.

"I think people think kids should be a certain way, but I feel they should wear what they feel like wearing and they should express themselves. Shiloh cried one night and said, 'Please cut my hair off. I don't want to have long hair.' I'm not going to leave it long just because somebody thinks I should."
