The photographer who allegedly trespassed on the grounds where Angelina Jolie is expected to give birth has been arrested for a second time in a week. JOHN LIEBENBERG was detained by police in Namibia earlier today (24MAY06) as he tried to snap Jolie relaxing at a beach bar and restaurant, using a vantage point on private property. He denies the charge insisting the land, a dry river bed near the restaurant, is public land. His lawyer HILLA KOGH says, "He has been charged with trespassing. We have organized him bail of 1,000 Namibian dollars ($151/GBP84). The South African snapper was arrested on Friday night (19MAY06) on an identical charge. Jolie and her boyfriend Brad Pitt have been staying in a guarded compound in the African country for six weeks in a bid to avoid press intrusion ahead of the imminent birth of their first biological child.
