SIR Anthony Hopkins is preparing to consult his lawyers over reports he is causing friction on the set of new fantasy film Thor by constantly criticising his co-star Chris Hemsworth's acting abilities.
The New York Daily News claimed earlier this week (begs29Mar10) that Hopkins, who plays Odin, King of the Norse Gods, was causing problems on the set of the upcoming blockbuster by being overly critical of Hemsworth, who takes on the title role of Thor.
But the report has left the star fuming - and he's already considering legal action over the false allegations, according to his wife Stella.
She tells website GossipCop.com the allegations are a "horrific, vile lie" and reveals the veteran actor will "talk to lawyers" over the matter.
