The Quebec church where rockers Arcade Fire recorded their hit albums Neon Bible and The Suburbs is up for sale.
The Canadian group was forced to find a new recording space when the roof of the building in Farnham collapsed last year (12), and now they're helping to find prospective buyers.
Posting a link to the sale listing on their official website, the bandmates write, "Anybody want to buy a church?"
The building, which features a concert hall, recording studio and accommodation, is on the market for $325,000 (£203,000).
