California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has arrived in China on a visit to battle movie piracy and promote trade between the two states.

Schwarzenegger will take in the capital Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong during his stay.

As well as hailing industry links - China is one of California's biggest trade partners - the actor-turned politician will attend the unveiling of a new public service TV advert on Friday (19NOV05) with Hong Kong action star Jackie Chan, attacking copyright infringement, which costs Hollywood studios up to $3 billion (GBP1.7 billion) a year.
