Rockers Avenged Sevenfold have landed their first number one in the U.S. album charts - NIGHTMARE has ended Eminem's five-week reign and knocked RECOVERY into second place.
The battle for the chart crown was a close one - Nightmare sold 163,000 units in its first week of release to edge out the rapper's Recovery by an estimated 4,000 copies.
Hip-hop star Rick Ross slips from two to three with Teflon Don, while Justin Bieber's My World 2.0 takes fourth place.
Drake's Thank Me Later rounds out the top five on the Billboard 200.
