Liam Gallagher's band Beady Eye, Plan B and Primal Scream have been announced as the Stone Roses' main support acts for the cult group's three reunion shows this summer (12).
The Fools Gold hitmakers set a record for the fastest-selling gigs in the U.K. when their three Heaton Park comeback concerts in Manchester sold out in less than an hour in October (11).
Former Oasis singer Gallagher immediately announced his dream of being part of the bill for the shows, insisting he'd "sell hot dogs" if it meant getting the chance to open for the band.
And on Tuesday (27Mar12) it emerged Beady Eye will play at the second concert on 30 June (12).
Stone Roses star Mani's former group Primal Scream will be the main support act for the first show on 29 June, while rapper Plan B will help the rockers wrap up the three dates on 1 July.
Other acts scheduled to perform at the all-day shows include Bob Marley's former band The Wailers, rising rockers The Vaccines, and rapper Professor Green.
