Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone's socialite daughter has purchased Candy Spelling's sprawling Los Angeles mega-mansion for $85 million (£53 million).
The Holmby Hills estate was on the market for more than two years before the 22 year old finalised the all-cash deal, and the escrow period ended on Thursday (14Jul11).
TV mogul Aaron Spelling's widow Candy had originally set the asking price at $150 million (£94 million) - making it the most expensive residential real estate listing in the U.S.
The property comes with a bowling alley, beauty salon, gift-wrapping rooms and parking for 100 cars.
Spelling plans to move into two penthouses she purchased in nearby Century City.
