It took a bathtime intervention from her mother to make supermodel Beverly Johnson realise she was too skinny at the height of her career.
The stunner, who was the first African-American model to grace the cover of Vogue magazine, admits she battled weight issues in between catwalk and photo studio commitments - and once weighed in at just 103 pounds (46.7 kilograms).
In a recent TV interview with Oprah Winfrey, she says, "Everybody kept saying how fabulous I looked... It wasn't until my mom kinda dragged me outta the bathtub and took me in front of this three-way mirror that she had in her room that I went, 'Oh!'
"I mean my bones were sticking out the back. You're always looking at this one view."
