The Black Eyed Peas and Slash wowed a star-studded crowd at music mogul Clive Davis' pre-Grammy gala on Saturday night (30Jan10) - collaborating on stage for a rendition of GUNS N' ROSES hit record SWEET CHILD O' MINE.
Guests including Jay-Z, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo, Sheryl Crow and Barbra Streisand attended Davis' annual party at Los Angeles' Beverly Hilton Hotel.
The Boom Boom Pow hitmakers kicked off the event with the former Guns N' Roses guitarist, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
Pop music newcomer Ke$ha followed, performing her hit single Tik Tok for celebrity revellers.
And R&B singer Ciara admits the performances helped her prepare for the excitement of music's biggest night at Sunday's (31Jan10) Grammys.
She tells People.com, "It's one of those parties that you have to come to. I'm excited to see everybody! It's cool to see people that you know, people that you don't know. It's always great to see Clive, and I'm just looking forward to having a great time."
