Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend turned down an opportunity to visit her in hospital.

Nick Gordon, 25, is said to have been pleading with the 21-year-old aspiring singer's family to let him see her at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, where she is still fighting for her life after being found face down in her bathtub on January 31.

However, Bobbi's father Bobby Brown and his lawyer have revealed Nick was offered the chance to see his girlfriend but refused to ''meet the terms'' that were set out for a possible visit.

Bobby's lawyer, Christopher Brown, told E! News last night (21.02.15): ''To address the continued and never ending media requests for comment about Mr. Gordon's requests to visit Bobbi Kristina, let me be very clear, Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit.

''We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to the investigation.''

He added that Nick - who claimed he had been banned from his long-term girlfriend's bedside and had her name tattooed on his arm last week - wasn't as desperate to see her as he was making out.

Christopher added: ''Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe.''

In a statement, Nick's lawyer, Randall Kessler, previously said: ''[Nick] has respected the family's wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation.''

He also told gossip website TMZ.com: ''He desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted.''

Meanwhile, Nick recently urged his Twitter followers to pray for the starlet, who is the daughter of Bobby and the late Whitney Houston, writing: ''Thank you for all your prayers. She is a strong person and will pull through this. Continue to pray for her.''

It has also been reported that Nick has since been banned from her home.

A source said: ''Nick has been told the townhouse is no longer available for him to live in and to find other living accommodations.''
