Cops probing a suspected burglary at former Bond girl Famke Janssen's home are set to close the case after deciding a book found at the property belonged to the actress.

The GoldenEye star called cops last month (Aug13) after she became freaked out at discovering a children's book called The Lonely Doll in the bedroom of her New York apartment.

She feared her property had been burgled as she has never owned a copy of the book, but now it has emerged police have found evidence suggesting it did belong to her.

Officers found several 'to-do' lists, one of which had her name on, tucked in the pages of the book, according to Tmz.com.

It is not believed cops will pursue any action against Janssen as they consider the incident an honest mistake.
