Overseas, it was all Bond, James Bond. Skyfall, the latest Bond epic starring Daniel Craig, debuted in 25 countries with $77.7 million, more than what the entire top ten films earned domestically. The film expands overseas next weekend, but is not scheduled to open in the U.S. until Nov. 9. Unsurprisingly, Skyfall had its biggest opening in the U.K. where it took in $32.4 million. Only Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, another big British production, has ever done better. Well behind in second place was Hotel Transylvania, with $18.1 million to bring its foreign total to $91.2 million.
