Rapper Bow Wow has vowed to ignore a judge's order to hand over almost $80,000 (£50,000) to a French porn star who alleged images of her were used in a music video without permission.

Adult movie actress Celine 'Katsuni' Tran sued the hip-hop star after clips of her pole-dancing appeared in a video which featured his remix of Drank In My Cup.

After Bow Wow failed to respond to her lawsuit, a federal judge awarded her $79,346 (£49,591), which covers damages and her legal costs.

Bow Wow, real name Shad Gregory Moss, has now responded to the judge's decision, insisting he has no plans to pay up as the video was created by a third party and shared on YouTube.com.

Taking to his Facebook.com page, he writes, "That dumb a** porn star chick who ever she is aint getting a dime from us! We aint make no video (sic). That video was mashed up by somebody on Youtube and i reposted cuz (sic) it was dope (good). People mash up artist videos all the time online. Everybody looking for a hustle. Then they tryna (sic) say drink in my cup (sic) is my song. That aint my song u dumb braud (sic)! Get a life. I dont play dem (sic) games. N**gas work too hard to give away free money."
