Britney Spears' former manager SAM LUTFI has been ordered to stay away from an aspiring actor for three years amid allegations he and his family were harassed over the internet.
Sam Barth befriended Lutfi when he moved to Los Angeles in January (10), but their relationship deteriorated when they became roommates.
The wannabe star obtained a temporary restraining order against Lutfi earlier this month (Sep10), claiming the wannabe music mogul hacked into his email, Facebook and Twitter accounts and sent abusive messages to his relatives, in which he called Barth's mother "evil", "a b**ch" and "satan".
A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge made the ban permanent during a brief hearing on Tuesday (28Sep10), and now Lutfi must remain at least 100 yards away from Barth until 2013.
Barth is not the only person Lutfi has been banned from approaching - Spears won a similar court order against her one-time pal in 2009 after he allegedly attempted to destroy her relationship with her parents and damage her father's conservatorship.
