Bryan Cranston is returning to 'How I Met Your Mother.'
The 57-year-old actor is leaving crime drama series 'Breaking Bad' where he plays chemistry teacher turned crystal-meth producer Walter White and reprises his role on the CBS show as Ted Mosby's (Josh Radnor) horrible boss Hammond Druthers.

Bryan made his first debut on the show during its second season which aired in 2006 and made his exit when the tables turned and eventually the architect fired him.
He has most recently appeared in the hit TV series 'Breaking Bad' which airs its season finale on Sunday (29.09.13), only a week after it won an Emmy Award for Best Drama.
While fans are in anticipation of the finale during an interview with Ryan Seacrest at the award ceremony he promised a good ending .
He said: ''You know that you're proud that you've come to a close, almost like an athlete that wants to finish on top as opposed to letting it go on for a year or two more.
''Vince Gilligan, our writer, finished at just the right time. The ending is unapologetic. It is perfect 'Breaking Bad.' ''
