British pop punks Busted are desperate to perform at British music festival Glastonbury, so they don't have to sneak in without paying.

The YEAR 3000 hitmakers are huge fans of the seminal summer event, and singer Charlie Simpson confesses he once leapt over a perimeter fence at the Somerset, England site, so he could watch bands perform for free.

Now the band are so keen to take to the Glastonbury stage, they have even offered to forfeit luxury accommodation to camp out with the fans.

Simpson says, "We've been there as punters - I jumped over the fence once - and it's about time we went back with our guitars.

"We don't mind slumming it. Sometimes when we're on tour James (BOURNE) looks like he's been at Glastonbury all his life."
