Caleb Followill, the Kings Of Leon frontman, married his model girlfriend Lily Aldridge at the San Ysidro Ranch in California on Thursday (12th May 2011). Caleb Followill and Aldridge exchanged vows during an intimate ceremony with just family in attendance, reports People Magazine.
29-year-old Followill, who wore a Gucci suit to the ceremony, described the wedding as "a perfect day". The bride wore a strapless Vera Wang gown with layers of "chantilly and corded lace" and "swirling chiffon detail at the back". According to the groom's band-mate and brother Jared Followill, couple are planning to throw a larger party at a later date. Caleb proposed to 25-year-old Aldridge in the fall of 2011 after having first met at the Coachella Music Festival in 2007. The Los Angeles based Victoria's Secret model featured in the video for Kings Of Leon's hit single 'Use Somebody'. Lily has reportedly been welcomed into the Followill family "with open arms" and brother Jared said, "We love her!".
Caleb Followill's band are planning to hit the road again this month in support of their latest album 'Come Around Sundown'. Kings Of Leon will play European dates in Ireland, Coventry, London, Landgraaf, Berlin, Sunderland and Manchester.
