Cameron Diaz's recent dates with Sean Combs have been explained - the stars have been meeting up to discuss a film project.
The Charlie's Angels star sparked speculation of a budding romance with the rapper after they were spotted dining together a number of times in recent weeks.
However, a spokesperson insists the blonde beauty isn't dating Combs - she is working with him.
Diaz's representative tells the New York Post's gossip column Page Six, "(They) are longtime friends and have been seen together recently because they are developing a film project. They had lunch... with a producer who is also involved in the project. (They) are not romantically involved."
Diaz split from baseball star Alex Rodriguez in September (11), while Combs has been linked to singer Cassie.
