Rockers CHEAP TRICK are planning to revisit their groundbreaking live album At Budokan to mark the 35th anniversary of the release.

The Surrender hitmakers will perform the same songs in the same order they did at the Japanese venue on 28 April, 1978 at a show in New York on 28 April (13) - and they'll perform the set again two days later in Los Angeles.

The Big Apple gig will be held at the John Varvatos boutique on the Bowery, which used to be fabled club Cbgb.

The two At Budokan concerts will be streamed live online.

Cheap Trick aren't the only stars to record live shows at the Budokan, which was built to house the judo competition at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics - Bob Dylan and Ozzy Osborne have also released albums of concerts staged there.
