Chelsee Healey has vowed to continue wearing revealing outfits on Strictly Come Dancing, despite suffering a wardrobe malfunction on Saturday's show (29th October 2011). The actress, best known for her turn in Bbc drama Waterloo Road, danced the tango with partner Pasha Kovalev but endured an embarrassing few moments when her dress slipped down.
The actress was visibly upset and burst into tears after finishing the routine, only to be comforted by host Sir Bruce Forsyth. According to a source who spoke with the UK's Sun newspaper, Chelsee has vowed to continue wearing her sexy outfits, saying "I think it's just one of those unfortunate things. Everyone's in that sort of dress, and Chelsee has not spoken to anyone about changing her costumes. ...She was obviously upset, but I think it was the shock of it happening on live TV". Speaking to fans on Twitter the following day, the actress said, "Just woke up feeling very embarrassed about last night's performance. I cried because it was my instant reaction then cried more because I felt daft crying". She later added she was "mortified" after watching herself back on the show.
Despite the wardrobe malfunction, Healey received mainly positive feedback from the judges and was spared elimination. Italian businesswoman Nancy Dell'Olio was instead given the boot after a Halloween themed performances that was ridiculed by the judges.
