Chloe Grace Moretz won't let anything ''bring her down''.

The 17-year-old actress can relate to her 'If I Stay' character, cellist Mia Hall, because they both found their ''passion'' in life at a young age and won't let anything stand in the way of their career ambitions.

She said: ''One of the first things that I was able to justify and connect with on a personal level with Mia was her passion for music and how she found it at eight years old.

''I found acting when I was five years old so we both kind of had these careers that we chose ourselves to kind of follow and follow our dreams.

''We're kind of the ones that try to stay on track. We're the ones to tell ourselves to keep going and to not let anything bring you down or change you.''

And the 'Kick-Ass' actress - who is rumoured to be dating Brooklyn Beckham - insisted her career will always come before her personal life.

She added to E! News: ''We wouldn't give up on our one true love.

''No matter how much we love a guy or how much we love whoever else, we care the most about what we found first and what our one true love was first.''
