Chris Brown has probably been among the most boring celebrities around this week; not that there's been little to report on him - alas if only we could turn our gaze away from a man still three years into a five year probation period for hitting his then-girlfriend Rihanna back before the Grammys in 2009. Fast forward to the same awards and the angle being put on it is that the 22 year-old has fully rebuilt his career - something that it's admittedly hard to argue with given he picked up an award at the event for Best R&B Album for his hugely commercially successful 'F.A.M.E.'
Seeing this as vindication for all those apparently against him, Brown has since been on Twitter frequently all week making claims that have caused an array of emotions by the press, though few positive. His fans however seem to have stuck by him. Now Brown's been on the social networking site again, this time posting "Dear Media.. Ur plan is not working. I'm not going anywhere so get used to me." He then deleted the tweet, reports MTV, but replaced it with a more vague sentiment of "Be Happy!"
The message is one of several Brown has posted and then deleted this week, others including "Hate All U Want Becuz I Got A Grammy. Now! That's the ultimate F*** Off." which he replaced with "I'm so Over everyone's opinions.. Really!!! Happy VALENTINES DAY ladies... Let today be about u!!! Love you." His PR team must be working long hours this week.
