Chris Brown has thanked fans for supporting him at a charity toy drive yesterday (22.12.13).
The 'Love More' singer was granted day release from rehab on Sunday to host the philanthropic event - hosted by his clothing company Black Pyramid and skateboard company Brooklyn Projects - in Los Angeles and he took to Twitter to thank fans for donating gifts for underprivileged children.
He tweeted: ''Thank you to all the fans who brought gifts for the kids today. Have a wonderful holiday. You've made a merry Christmas for a young child!''
The 24-year-old star went on to post a split shot of himself at the toy drive and a huge line of people outside.
He captioned the snap: ''MY TEAM IS THE BEST! (sic)''
Earlier in the day, Chris warned his loyal fan base not to crowd the event on Melrose Avenue for fear of causing a scene.
He wrote: ''To all the fans and supporters coming to the toy drive we ask that u please not loiter as well as park in front of the establishments. Thx (sic)''
Chris' recent rehab stay was mandated by a Los Angeles judge after he was kicked out of another rehab centre in Malibu, California, after throwing a rock through his mother's car window.
The 'Fine China' crooner voluntarily checked himself into the first rehab facility following an arrest for an altercation outside a hotel in Washington, DC, in October.
Chris - who was already on probation for a 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna at the time of his latest arrest - narrowly escaped a jail sentence when a judge revoked his freedom earlier this month as the hotel altercation was deemed a violation of the terms of his probation.
