Whilst Chris Brown has since come on record denying any involvement in the brawl between himself and fellow R&B star Drake, one thing that keeps on emerging is stories of injured bystanders who suffered from the fallout of the conflict.

The latest 'victim' to come forth and talk about the attack is model INGRID GUTIERREZ, who was sat at Browns table on the now infamous night at the W.I.P. nightclub in New York. Brown's attorney, Sal Strazzullo, has spoken to E! News about the event, further denying any involvement from his clients camp.

He told E! "[Ingrid] was with Chris Brown and his entourage just having a good time...she was at his table...right next to him when this occurred. She was just having a good time, a 21-year-old out, a young lady at a nightclub in Manhattan and all of a sudden a bottle came from [the direction of] the Drake table."

Whilst details about the cause of the event remain cloudy, Strazzullo has stated that the club's surveillance tapes should be able to help identify who instigated the fracas. He went on to discuss the fact that Gutierrez suffered physical damage to her face and that plastic surgery will have to be an option.

Meanwhile, Drake performed a concert at Long Island last night, with reports that he would be arrested at some point before or after the performance. However these reports have proved to be false as police still have made no formal accusations as of yet.
