Actor Clint Eastwood is asking a California judge to deny his estranged wife, Dina Eastwood, spousal support.
Dina filed for divorce in October (13), citing irreconcilable differences.
In the legal documents, she asked for full physical custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan, spousal support and legal fees.
However, Clint has filed his own papers reportedly requesting a judge deny her request for support because there is a prenuptial agreement in place, according to Tmz.com.
The filmmaker is also asking for joint custody of their daughter.
The couple wed in 1996.
