50 Cent is ''doing fine'' after being involved in a serious car crash.

The 'Candy Shop' hitmaker was treated in hospital for minor back and neck injuries following a Collision between his SUV - which was being driven by Bruce Miller - and a truck in the early hours of yesterday morning (26.06.12) in New York.

A spokesperson for 50 - whose real name is Curtis Jackson - confirmed he is ''doing fine'' after being treated for ''minor neck and back injuries''.

The rapper was taken to Queens hospital after the incident, which occurred when the red truck rear-ended his bullet proof vehicle and it ''almost flipped over'', according to Thisis50.com.

Bruce was also treated for ''minor'' injuries following the crash, but he has now been released from hospital.

It's not the first time 50 has been taken to Queens hospital this year as he was admitted to the medical facility with a bad bout of food poisoning, which worried his friend and fellow rapper Eminem.

50 said at the time: ''Eminem called and said, 'Man you been shot nine times, don't f**k around and die over a burger.'

''He called and started making me laugh and s**t, and I wasn't feeling good. So I just started to laugh, and he cheered me up when I was feeling uncomfortable.''
