Courteney Cox is said to be displeased her former husband David Arquette is expecting a baby with 'Entertainment Tonight' reporter Christina McLarty.
Courteney Cox is reportedly unhappy her ex-husband David Arquette is expecting a baby with his girlfriend.
The former 'Friends' actress was shocked to discover David - whom she split from in October 2010 after 11 years of marriage and officially divorced in May 2013 - is expecting a child with 'Entertainment Tonight' reporter Christina McLarty and doesn't think he is at a good point in his life to raise a baby.
Courteney - who has a nine-year-old daughter, Coco, with David - is allegedly worried he is drinking too much to cope with the pressures of a new baby.
A source told RadarOnline.com: ''Courteney was shocked when she learned Christina is pregnant - because he's clearly still dealing with a host of issues related to his addiction recovery. She is having a hard time finding anything positive to say about David's decision to have more children.''
David, 42, checked into rehab in January 2011 to be treated for alcoholism but started drinking again this summer.
He started dating Christina - who is reportedly four months pregnant - earlier this year.
Courtney - who starred with David in the 'Scream' franchise - was in a relationship with her 'Cougar Town' co-star Brian Van Holt but that romance has ended and she is now dating a new mystery man.
The 49-year-old star - who is a partner in production company Coquette with her former spouse - is determined to be supportive of David when the baby is born because she still cares deeply for him and the tot will be Coco's half-sibling.
The source added: ''Although they're divorced, Courteney will never stop caring about David - especially now that he's going to give Coco a half-sibling ... David and Courteney see each other nearly every day as their producing business thrives.''
