Courtney Love Is Facing Fresh Legal Action From A Psychiatrist Who Alleges The Rocker Has Failed To Pay Her Therapy Bills.
New York-based therapist Dr. Edward Ratush filed suit against the Hole frontwoman at Manhattan Supreme Court earlier this month (May15), claiming she owes $48,250 (£30,156) for her sessions with him, according according to the New York Post.
The lawsuit is the second time Ratush has taken legal action against Love in a bid to recoup the cash he claims she owes - he previously filed suit last year (14) accusing Love of breach of contract and unjust enrichment for failing to pay up.
