Rocker Courtney Love is planning to release a new live album, recorded at a women's prison.

The singer, who narrowly avoided jail herself recently after being convicted on drug and assault charges, wants to give something back by putting on a show - similar to country legend Johnny Cash's AT FOLSOM PRISON and AT SAN QUENTIN live albums.

She says, "I'm going to record in a prison. I dodged a bullet, so I'm going to do the most I can do to make the ladies happy."
