Courtney Love reunited with her original Hole bandmate Eric Erlandson for a one-off surprise gig in New York on Friday (13Apr12).
Love and Erlandson teamed up with iconic former members Melissa Auf der Maur and Patty Schemel for the show in Williamsburg, Brooklyn following a screening of a documentary about Schemel.
The impromptu gig marked the first time all four stars have performed together since 1999, and they delighted fans by playing two songs, Miss World and Over The Edge, reports music website Stereo Gum.
Speaking to fans, Love declared, "I know, it's a nice moment", before regaling the crowd with anecdotes.
She later showed off her affection for Erlandson by hugging him during the show.
