Dakota Fanning feels insecure in her career.

The 16-year-old actress - who shot to fame aged just seven in'I Am Sam' - never wants to stop appearing in movies, but knows she can't take anything for granted.

She said: "I know this is what I want to do for the rest of my life but I think that everything can end tomorrow.

"You have to live your life for the moment and not take it for granted. I don't think you ever feel completely secure."

The'Runaways' star feels lucky for the opportunities she has had but still has ambitions to work with certain people.

She explained: "I'd love to work with Jodie Foster. I really admire her, her career and what she's done. I can only hope to be just a little bit of how great she is.

"I feel so lucky to have had some of the opportunities that I've had. I know some people aren't that lucky, to be at the right place at the right time or do the right movie."
