David Gandy has unveiled his new underwear range for men.

The Dolce & Gabbana model has designed a 28-piece collection of underwear and sleepwear for high street store Marks and Spencer entitled 'David Gandy for Autograph' which features boxers, trunks, hipsters and briefs, and is set to go on sale next Thursday (18.09.14).

To celebrate the launch of his collection, David will make a personal appearance at the M&S Marble Arch store on Thursday before travelling to Dublin, Hong Kong and Paris to promote the line.

He said of the line: ''It's a really exciting time for me, seeing the collection that we've worked on for almost a year go into stores all over the world. Being able to visit some of those, meet customers and fans and see their reactions to the range we've created is something I'm looking forward to a lot - I hope they like it!''

Talking about the design process, the 34-year-old model explained: ''I've focused heavily on the detail of every product from the quality of the fabrics, great comfort and fit, to the signature houndstooth print that features on the packaging and internal linings.''

He added: ''Hopefully, together, we have created an underwear range that is unique, offering a premium range available at high street prices.''

Items from the range start at a reasonable £20 for a two pack of either briefs or boxers, while vests retail for £15 and shoppers can purchase the sleepwear from £22.50.

The director of menswear at Marks and Spencer, Scott Fyfe said: ''We are so excited about launching the collection in London on the 18th of September, and hosting a series of international appearances, and I think our customers around the world will love the range.''

'David Gandy for Autograph' will be available in store and at marksandspencer.com.
