Former Pink Floyd star David Gilmour has recruited fellow rock legends David Crosby and Graham Nash for his new solo album.

Working on the follow-up to his 2006 release On an Island, which also featured the duo, the guitarist called on two thirds of Crosby, Stills & Nash to join him in the studio again.

Nash reveals, "He said, 'What the hell would it cost you to have David Crosby and Graham Nash getting on a bloody train to Brighton to sing with you?' We’re musicians. We love good songs. We’ll sing them until we are dead."
