Denise Richards - Denise Richards: 'I Can't Look After Sheen And Mueller's Bad Boys Anymore'
The former Bond girl was granted temporary guardianship of four-year-old Bob and Max after bosses at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (Dcfs) stripped Mueller of her custody rights and prompted her to check into a drug rehabilitation facility in May (13).
At the time, Richards insisted she was happy to have the boys bond with their half-sisters, Lola and Sam - her young daughters with Sheen, but it appears she has since had a change of heart.
She has penned a letter to the Dcfs informing authorities that she can no longer care for the boys after they allegedly began harming her pet dogs and bullying her daughters.
According to Tmz.com, Richards claimed the twins would often go into a "zombie-like state" and reportedly kick her dogs in the head and cause them pain. They have also been accused of targeting Lola, Sam and their adopted baby sister Eloise, allegedly strangling, kicking, scratching, slapping and punching the girls.
Richards even alleges one incident sent Sam to the doctor after Bob threw a toy in her face, and she suspects the bad behaviour is connected to time spent with Mueller, suggesting they frequently turn violent after returning from visits with their mother.
The claims made in the lengthy letter back up similar allegations made by Sheen in a candid interview with gossip show Tmz Live last week (01Nov13), when he suggested Mueller had damaged the twins emotionally because they suffered night terrors after every visit with their mum.
Mueller is now seeking to have Sheen held in contempt of court for discussing her drug problems in the media, a violation of their 2011 divorce settlement.
