Dennis Hopper was snubbed by George W Bush after his inauguration as US
President for a second term - the SPEED star was asked not to attend a
celebratory party he helped organise.
The veteran actor, who is a staunch supporter of Republican Bush,
organised the CREATIVE COALITION BALL in Washington but received a phone call
24 hours before the event requesting him not to attend.
The Sopranos actor Joe Pantoliano, a co-organiser of the event, says, "I
feel terrible that the White House inaugural committee that invited Dennis
decided to dis-invite him."
