Dina Manzo claims she has spoken about her former show 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' for the final time in a lengthy blog post on her official website - in which she attempts to address a few stories surrounding the fallout from her acrimonious departure from the show.
Manzo, who left the series last year, admitted that she'd not been in contact with the other housewives since leaving, citing a need to "walk away from all of the toxic behaviour", before going on to say "I guess some of the 'housewives' may have taken that as I think I'm better than them, that couldn't be further from the truth". The reality star has remained in television since leaving the programme, going on to host Hgtv Show 'Dina's Party,' but expressed regret that a show that launched her career left relationships with family members strained. However, she did add, "All I will say is that I Love all my brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and I want nothing but the best for them and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I do hope they feel the same about me. If any of them needed me I would be there for them in a heartbeat."
Finishing off the mammoth post, Manzo said that the housewives should change, saying "Let's lift each other up instead of trying to tear one another down. Let's showcase what women are capable of, what I thought this show was going to be back in the day: Running successful businesses, supporting amazing causes, raising incredible children and looking fabulous every step of the way". Whether that would get the ratings however is another matter.
