The wife of rapper DMX is set to document her life with the embattled hip-hop star in a new book.
Tahera Simmons, who wed DMX in 1999, has stood by her husband throughout his numerous run-ins with the law and his drug addiction, and she has put pen to paper to reveal all about their union.
Simmons is working on the memoir, titled Strength of a Woman, with author Aliya S. King. The book has yet to be given a release date, reports AllHipHop.com.
DMX's most recent jail stint ended in early July (10) after he served four months of a six-month sentence for violating his probation stemming from a previous drug conviction.
The couple has four children together.
