Olly Murs has never heard of Daisy Lowe.

The 27-year-old singer - who has been single since he shot to fame on 'The X Factor' in 2009 - claimed he has no idea who the brunette beauty is, despite her reportedly saying she wants to go on a date with him in the wake of her recent split from 'Doctor Who' actor Matt Smith.

He told BANG Showbiz: "I don't know who Daisy Lowe is! I feel really bad. Shut up! She's single?

"Well, we'll see. I don't know who she is but I'm going to find out now! I'm going to go on my twitter and on Google, and find out who Daisy Lowe is."

Olly's comments come after it was recently reported the 22-year-old model - who split from Matt in November - was keen to "get to know" the 'Heart Skips A Beat' hitmaker.

A source told Now magazine: "Daisy is waiting to see what happens with Matt, but she's saying she'd really like to get to know Olly."
