Real estate tycoon Donald Trump has reached a settlement with a law firm he sued for using his name to garner publicity.
The Apprentice star filed a $5 million (£3.4 million) lawsuit against Morrison Cohen last year (08), accusing bosses of boasting about representing Trump on their website.
Trump was left fuming by the unauthorised move, telling the New York Post, "They put my name up all over their ads... and I really don’t like them."
But the millionaire mogul is in good spirits once again after Morrison Cohen executives offered him financial compensation last week (ends19Jul09) and a judge officially dismissed the case on Tuesday (21Jul09).
Trump says, "We're very happy with the settlement."
