Country star Dwight Yoakam is being sued by his own music director and producer for pulling out of shows in 2002.
PETE ANDERSON alleges Yoakam breached an oral contract by failing to perform tour dates.
Anderson claims that between 1990 and 2003, under an oral agreement with Yoakam, he assembled and rehearsed the singer's touring band.
But, when Yoakam pulled out of dates in 2002 to make a movie, Anderson estimates he lost over $60,000 (GBP27,800) in lost wages and perks.
