British pop stars East 17 have postponed their comeback tour to allow themselves extra time to complete their new tracks.
The House of Love hitmakers achieved huge success in the 1990s before splitting in 1999. They reunited in 2006, but a bust-up ended their tour and they broke up again.
Singers Brian Harvey, Tony Mortimer, John Hendy and Terry Coldwell decided to regroup last year (10), but Harvey was axed from the band after failing to commit to planned gigs and rehearsals.
Newcomer Blair Dreelan joined the line-up and they planned to hit the road in the U.K. next month (Jul11) - but the dates have now been pushed back so they can spend more time in the studio working on their new album, due for release in September (11).
A statement posted on the band's website reads, "Recording commitments mean that East 17, one of the most celebrated and successful boybands of all time, have had to reschedule their impending U.K. tour."
The rescheduled dates will now take place in August and September (11).
