TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY star Edward Furlong's estranged wife is seeking to dismiss the restraining order she obtained against the star.
Rachael Kneeland, who filed for divorce from Furlong in July (09), won the order against the actor after claiming her "unpredictable" ex turned violent and beat her "with chains and bats" during an argument. She also accused him of taking cocaine.
Furlong was ordered to stay 100 yards (91 metres) away from Kneeland pending a hearing on Tuesday (20Oct09), despite the actor vehemently denying the allegations and insisting he has been sober for five years.
Kneeland announced on Monday (19Oct09) she is now trying to remove the restraining order and that the former couple is trying to keep their relations amicable.
The pair has a three-year-old son together.
