Elizabeth Olsen says her 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' character is ''crazy''.
Marvel Studios recently confirmed the 24-year-old actress and fellow 'Godzilla' star Aaron Taylor-Johnson will join the hugely anticipated superhero sequel as Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, respectively, and Olsen claims her alter-ego is the most dysfunctional character she's ever played.
She told Ain't It Cool News: ''She's nuts, she's crazy. She has more things wrong with her than any character I've ever played. She can tell you where an object has been, she can tell you what your future is, she can connect with the dead and people from other universe, and she's the only person in this universe who's capable of doing that. She's unbelievable - it's so cool.''
Olsen is looking forward to joining the big superhero film - which will also star Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson and Scarlett Johansson - and says she loved science fiction movies when she was younger.
She enthused: ''I grew up loving 'Star Wars' and 'Lord of the Rings', and anything that has this other type of world or universe to it is so fun.''
Earlier this year, Taylor-Johnson opened up about his role in the film as Quicksilver - who is the twin brother of Olsen's Scarlet Witch - insisting he cared about bringing the character's story to life.
He told BANG Showbiz: ''I was flattered and honoured to be asked to [consider the role]. I don't just rock up and put on the suit. It doesn't work like that. I'm not an actor who does that.''
'The Avengers: Age of Ultron', directed by Joss Whedon, is due for release in May 2015.
